EUROS:
Canary Islands: VAT tax will be deducted from invoices (other tax and duties are not included and they will be added whenever it may apply).
For orders with value over 100,00€ the delivery of goods will be paid BY FYSA ISD, for orders with a value under to 100,00€ a fixed cost of 10,00€ will apply to all orders, this applies to geographic area of The Iberian peninsula Spain and Portugal, with the exception of the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. The cost of all the deliveries going outside the Iberian peninsula, will be collect (paying at destination).
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Just fill in the corresponding form, well understood that the same name and address will be used for billing, shipping and payment.
PRODUCTS
All product specifications and characteristics are clearly quoted on all order forms and they are automatically accepted by the Client at the time of confirming a purchasing transaction.
INVOICE
All purchase orders will generate a commercial invoice, which will be delivered along with all products solicited, to the address provided by the customer.
GUARANTEE
All products are fully guaranteed for two years in what concerns production defects.
All non conformities received during the six months from our delivery date will be considered as faulty product in origin. Those claims received after six months must be justified in detail by the Client, as to prove the material concerned did not meet the quality upon reception.
The time of validity will be considered from date of purchase.
All reports and/or claims produced during the time of guarantee will be processed and resolved through our e-mail atencionalcliente@fysa-isd.com. A detailed file including all purchasing and billing data must be provided in all instances.
The guarantee does not include damages produced by improper use or manipulation of the materials involved.
